Lately, I’ve been on a vegan baking kick!
Don’t get me wrong, I still love my meat… but I’ve been trying vegan baking these days and I absolutely loveeee it!
I’m trying to be “healthier” I guess… but I think the main reason I love vegan baking is that you get to eat the batter while it is still raw… hehe…and I feel a lot less guilty feeding these goodies to my friends and family. Now they can’t say “You’re making me fat!”

I told my sisters and dad and they were totally laughing and yelling at me. My little 12 year old sister then proceeded to tell me the differences between each term, and when each is used. She told me she learned about this in the FIFTH grade. What the heck. Why am I the only one in my family that isn’t street smart. SIGH.

made a graduation cake and graduation cupcakes for my cousin Christine :)
it was my first time making my own marshmallow fondant…. sooo much better than regular fondant! easier to work with, and tasted much better than the regular kind.
i really wish i had a nice camera to take pictures of my stuff!
